The conditions.

Every booking includes a clearly displayed service fee that covers the ticketing partner's flat fee, one percent of order value, and card-processing costs. The fee is shown before you enter payment details and is included in the total charged.

The underlying fare rules — including baggage, seat selection, meals, cabin class, upgrade eligibility, and cancellation policy — are set by the operating airline, hotel, or car supplier. Affluent Travels displays these on the offer page before purchase.

Selected fares may be held without immediate payment. The hold expiry is displayed at checkout and enforced by the supplier; releases are automatic and cannot be extended. A held reservation is not ticketed until payment is completed.

You may request changes or cancellation from the trip dashboard. Where the fare permits, a live refund or change quote is returned from the supplier before you confirm. Service fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Standard included baggage and seat selections are shown on the offer. Additional bags and specific seats may be added at checkout or after booking — subject to availability at the time of the request and priced at the supplier's published rate.

If the operating airline changes your schedule, we notify you by email and update your trip dashboard in real time. Where the change is significant, you may accept, request a rebooking, or request a refund per the airline's policy.

By completing checkout you authorise Affluent Travels to charge the total shown to your payment method. Some suppliers may perform a temporary authorisation before final settlement.
