The terms of the desk.

Affluent Travels operates a curated interface for booking flights, stays, motorcars, and experiences. Ticketing and reservations are fulfilled through licensed travel-industry partners. Reference to a supplier does not imply ownership by Affluent Travels.

You may use Affluent Travels to search, reserve, hold, and pay for travel arrangements. You agree to provide accurate passenger, payment, and contact information, and to be responsible for the actions of anyone booked under your account.

Prices displayed reflect the supplier's published fare plus a clearly labelled Affluent Travels service fee. Fares are only guaranteed once a booking is confirmed. Holds are subject to the airline or hotel's stated expiry and may be released without notice at the supplier's discretion.

All changes and refunds follow the fare rules of the underlying supplier. Where a refund is due, it is processed to the original payment method after the supplier has confirmed the cancellation. Service fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We take reasonable care to display current schedules and pricing but do not warrant that any listing is free of error. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel a reservation and refund any amounts paid.

You are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, entry permits, and health documentation for your itinerary. Denied boarding due to missing documentation is not eligible for a refund.

Affluent Travels acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single booking is limited to the service fees you have paid us for that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
