Account. Name, email, and — if you provide them — phone number and travel preferences.

Bookings. Passenger details required by the supplier (full legal name, date of birth, passport where applicable), itinerary, and total charged.

Payments. Card details are entered directly into our payment partner's PCI-compliant form; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Technical. Device type, coarse location, and site interactions for debugging and product improvement.

To make and manage your bookings, notify you of schedule changes, respond to Concierge inquiries, keep the service secure, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

Suppliers. Airlines, hotels, and car providers required to fulfil the booking.

Processors. Our authentication, database, payment, and email partners under contract with us.

Authorities. When required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

Booking records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and refund obligations. Account data is retained until you delete your account, then anonymised except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact privacy@affluenttravels.com.

All traffic to the site is transported over HTTPS. Session tokens are held in secure browser storage. Access to production databases is restricted to a small number of authorised staff and audited.

Our suppliers operate globally. Booking data will be transferred to whichever jurisdictions are necessary to fulfil the reservation.
